4.1 The CLOSEMATE mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by CLOSEMATE. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. 4.2 By consenting to CLOSEMATE’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of CLOSEMATE through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). 4.3 You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with CLOSEMATE. 4.4 Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. 4.5 You may opt-out of the Service at any time.
