We want you to love your CLOSEMATE products. But if something isn’t quite right, our hassle-free 30-day Exchanges & Returns policy makes it simple to send items back or swap for a different size or style.
Eligibility
You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and unaltered garments within 30 days of delivery for eligible orders.
To qualify, all returned items must be:
- Clean, undamaged, and free of lint, hair, perfume, smoke, or deodorant marks.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at marketing@closemate.com, and we’ll make it right.

For the comfort and safety of all our customers, please ensure items are tried on carefully.
Returns may be refused if garments show signs of wear, makeup, scent, or residue.
Our quality team inspects all returns before processing.
How to Process a Return or Exchange in 3 Easy Steps
- Click the “Start a Return” button and enter your order number and zip code.
- Present your return label or QR code at USPS or your local post office.
- Once we receive your package, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days and keep you updated throughout.
Fees & Refunds
Exchanges: Free of charge!
Refunds: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
