Returns & Refunds Policy
Exchanges and Returns
We offer free 30-day exchanges and returns on unworn garments for eligible orders.
To request an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team via email (marketing@closemate.com) and provide:
Order number
Product name/style
Reason for the exchange or return
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, unwashed, and include the original packaging, tags, and all accessories.

Keep all tags attached to unworn garments.
Prevent makeup, deodorant, perfume, and smoke from contacting garments.
If the item has a quality issue or defect, we will cover the exchange or return shipping fees.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened intimate apparel items, including bras and underwear, are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the above criteria, but we promise to do what is needed to make things right.
Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If the order has not yet been shipped, customers may request a cancellation by contacting our customer service team via email.
Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the cancellation request email is received and confirmed.
Refunds After Shipment
If the order has already been shipped, customers must contact our customer service team and provide the order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.
After reviewing and confirming the product condition or quality issue, we will arrange the refund accordingly.
